This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use the Navbat website (the “Website”) and submit the demo request form.

1. Who we are

The Website and the Navbat project were created by and belong to urobot.online (“we”, “us”). We are the operator of the personal data received through the Website.

This policy covers the Website only. Patient data that clinics keep in the Navbat system is processed under a separate agreement with each clinic.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the demo request form:

  • your name and phone number;
  • your clinic’s name, number of branches, what you are interested in and your message — if you provide them;
  • the address of the page the form was sent from, the website language and the time of the request.

When you visit the Website, the server may record standard technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages opened.

Please do not enter patient data or other confidential information into the form.

3. Why we use the data

  • to contact you about your request, give a demo, and arrange a free trial or pricing;
  • to prepare an offer for setting up Navbat in your clinic;
  • to keep the Website secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

5. Who can see the data

  • urobot.online staff who handle requests;
  • the Telegram messenger — a notification about each new request is sent to our team’s Telegram chat and passes through Telegram’s servers;
  • the hosting provider where the Website runs — only as part of technical maintenance.

Where required by law, data may be provided to authorised government bodies.

6. Cookies and external resources

The Website uses a single technical cookie, csrftoken, which protects the form against forged requests. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

To display the page, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Bootstrap library from the jsDelivr CDN. These services may see your IP address when the page loads.

7. How long we keep data

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and work with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Data security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and loss. Only staff who work with requests have access to it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data and withdraw your consent.
